Q.

Hi .. I'm pregnant..2 months completed.. my problem is if I eat anything with in 1 hour again am feeling more hungry.. please suggest what to do

A. Well actually generally that does not happen it’s a very early pregnancy but if you feel like this then I think you should do two things eat mindfully and healthy so that you don’t get excessive weight in small pan try to have more of fluids and fruits during this time
