Hi, I'm Padma 35 weeks pregnant, not able to sleep in night, sleeping in sides is paining, can i turn from one side to another without getting up?

A. you can restore. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
