Q.
Hi... I'm mother of 2 year old son 2 days my son dint poop next day he pooped twice from yesterday he is trying to but he dint poop....... today from morning he is crying continuously I gave him colic syrup that is 2.5 ml... but then he is crying.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparatiohjns in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avofided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
