Q.

Hi..I'm mother of 1 year old n he is on breast feeding n my concern is.,i still didn't get my periods after delivery...what should I do to get periods??

A. baby is 1 year it's common to notice delayed cycles post partum don't worry about it Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. Hello dear parent! Few mommies have delay in their periods due to hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
