hi I m mother of 1 year baby...after delivery my breast shape is not good(down and loose)...I m still feed my baby...please suggest what can I do for good shape

A. hiparenr do not worry about the shape of breast as breast milk is very much curcial for your baby please massage your breats daily please keep yourself well hydrated use simply puriffied water having tds higher than 359
