Q.

Hi, I'm a mother of 2months old boy. I feed my baby with both way breastfeed and formula milk. My question is whenever I breastfeed him it's very painful. What can I do to get rid off from the pain? please help

A. breast milk is very easy to digest, you avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies.

A. hi parent please verify if there is not crack or lump on the breast or nipple please consult your doctor and heal the injury please take excess. milk out with thr breast pump
