hi I'm a breastfeeding mom of 4 months old baby i ate maida chapathi which flour expired 10 days ago in so scared now will it affect my baby? please help

A. Dear mum, do not worry, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby because breast milk is formed from mother’s blood.
