hi I'm 39 weeks pregnant but little bleeding noted us this sign of labour

Yes It surely is because a lot of times when you have brown discharge a little bit of bleeding then the definitely can be a sign for slipping into labour so you please get a check with your doctor because without proper assessment it would be very difficult to comment but yes it mostly could be the same
