hi I'm 30 weeks pregnant, I'm having sore throat and I think it's tonsils, please suggest what to do

mam,sore throat caused by many reasons like dry or cold environment, cold or cough etc also.
so gargling with salt water is best remedy to Soothe it.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food.
