take tablet levocetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. A small and occasional dose of Laveta 5 mg tablet is probably acceptable if you are breastfeeding but larger doses or more prolonged use may lead to cause drowsiness and other effects in the infant or decrease the milk supply. Consult with your doctor before consuming this medicine
