Q.

Hi, I have twin girls of 7 years of age. First twin is 18kg and the other one is 20kgs. They are not fussy eaters but somehow one of them doesn't gain weight. Is this normal for twins and is there anything that helps to gain her weight..

A. Hello mom that’s fine every individual is different and they grow at their own pace and that’s fine as far as they are active for their age and their diet is good . A variation is acceptable
