hi I have neck pain and one side headache & I have hump on my neck is there is a reason for my neck pain..?

A. it appears that you are having some type of muscle spasm which is causing pain. you can take paracetamol or any type of painkiller as well as give rest to that muscle movement and also can apply hot water bag to decrease the spasm and it takes around one week to improve.
