Hi, I have been having lactamore for increasing milk supply. is there any alternative medicine as this tablet is not available?

A. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It :ygis completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.
