Q.

Hi I have 9 month old baby .. I am adding cumin powder & pepper and little bit of salt in my baby’s diet is it okay ? Or should I stop using it ?

A. you may give littke amount of spices in baby food. but good to avoid adfing salt n sugar in baby food until 1 yr of age. o. k.
