Hi i hav 6days old baby, most of the time i cant hear burp after feeding… i tap at the back for 5min also.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, that is ok. keep trying.. Burping is important so that the air consumed during the feedings can be let out since it makes the baby fussy. Patting or rubbing a baby's back usually helps them to burp or pass gas.

but please burp her well..
mom should not feed h r in the lied down position
keep h r little tilted such that her head and torso are at higher level than rest of body
