Hi, I had normal delivery on 22nd feb 2021. Pre and post pregnancy i had lots of heat boils and acne on my face, neck, back, also my stomach got darkened. I got pain due to heat boils. Do i need to follow any specific diet to avoid heat boils? How yo remove darkened patches on my skin? How to remove heat boils? Plz suggest any cream/ ointment/ medicin Thank You!!

A. Hi dear mom For medicines consult with the dermatologist as u are breastfeeding mother. Dark skin after delivery is due to hormonal changes. It will be fine on its own. So no need to worry. On heat boils apply calamine lotion. This will help to give relief.
