Hi i had malai brocoli which is semi cooked i am now 7 months pregnant i liked the taste and i had it plz tell is it okay

Broccoli is something which is super duper healthy and actually if you look at it if you make basic dishes broccoli is blanched and it is actually partially up to the degree of 80% that is after the broccoli is going to give you better taste if you had it there is no problem
