Hi. i had a c-section delivery in oct 2020. in november i got period. after that im not getting periods. im not pregnant. im breastfeeding. please suggest.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods are very normal and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy. and also have more green leaves vegetables in your daily diet. take care
