In such case you can give vomikind drops this is the only solution to cure the vomiting issues and babies. Rather than this you should avoid giving any type of food and try to give sufficient water to give your baby hydrate while travelling this is the only solution for now and then consult with Dr

Don't worry much dear mom this happens because the spoilt milk went into the babies stomach, you please carry ORS with you and give that to your baby and if you see any hospital nearby where you are traveling please visit there once to check for food poisoning.
