Hi , I feel very tired and weak after breastfeeding. i do exclusive breastfeeding for my baby. is this normal?

It Is not good because you have to eat really very well have all the necessary supplements that you are a feeding the child because otherwise your body is going to become weak going to lose a lot of weight so make sure that you are having a really good about the veg and non-veg protein and if required please consult a nutritionist and go ahead as per their
