Q.

Hi! I am not getting my period on due date. I've not conceived and having slight cramps on my abdomen. plz tell me what could be the reason?

A. If it happened for the first time then no need to query abd just start some physical exercise in your daily routine and also stay stress free and eat nutritious foods and sleep well and for how long the periods are delayed

A. tsh check. do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok.
