hi i am in 8week pregnancy i am facing constipation from a week,i drink lots of fluids but it is not helping in motion please suggest something

You can ask your gynaecologist if you can advise you with some kind of a laxative Biju be safe to be taken during pregnancy year that is only going to be helpful for you as of now so you can talk to Dr regarding this without their consultation I cannot advise you to go ahead with anything
