please keep youselr well Hydrated
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350
take sunbathing daily
use more probiotics and seasonal fruits
take supplements as suggested by your doctor
please consult your gynecologist as well

you can apply any ceramide lotions and also Himalaya face powder will help to reduce dryness, redness and itching in genital area
