hi, I am confused about starting a health supplement like pedisure or horlicks. is it really safe and good for kids. if not can anyone suggest alternative drink

Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
