Q.
Hi I am breastfeeding my 3 months old baby. I have very tight milk duct in right breast since last 10 -12 days I am continuously feeding my baby through that breast. But still that duct doesn't remove and paining also at the time of feeding and I am also unable to express the milk by hand as that duct too hard and paining a lot. Please give me some solution.

You can do hot compress regularly that is what is going to be very beneficial for you and I do it at least 5 to 6 times in the day for better results still if you feel that you are facing much of a problem even after doing hot compress it in that case you need to check with your doctor
