Hi I am a mother of 3years child, please suggest the best worm medicine (small and white worm). I gave albendazole but after one month again the same problem it cannot help till six month also. please suggest the best medicine.

kindly give syrup albendazole 10 ml to the child at night (first dose) and 10ml after 14 days and if the problem still continues meet your doctor and get a stool examination which will help in diagnosis. 
very important to maintain hygiene of the food as well as the the hygiene of the hands and everything which goes inside the mouth of the child otherwise the worms problem will occcur again and again.
can be repeated every 6months if required.
final decision will be taken by dr who will tell you if it is needed by your child or not.

Deworming medication can only be repeated after six hours since you’ve already given it one time I do not suggest you to give any medicine from your side you should concern your Pediatrician be able to give you proper assistance on that
