hi, I am a breastfeeding mom. I feel my milk supply is less in the evening.. and my baby want feed frequently. Does it happens to anyone?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. hi dear mum , this is common known as cluster feeding which is common in evening time when baby is experiencing growth spurt dont doubt ur milk supply if baby is passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr is active alert gain adequate wt dont worry

Nitin J LGuardian of a 1 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Breastfeeding increases with baby sucking and good nutrition of mother. keep hydrated and well fed and avoid stress, practice breathing exercises. Cesarean pain can reduce milk flow.
