Hi, I am 8 weeks 5 days pregnant. Please let me know which all ways/directions, I can sleep at this time?

it is better to sleep on left side (one side) direction during pregnancy.
please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
enjoy wonderful time of your life.
