hi i am 7 month pregnant with twince but I am gaining 4 to 5 kg weight till now.so is it ok any problem will cum in my delivery?? my babies will be healthy or not??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. then try go cut on ghee. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
