Hi...I am 40 years old...I am having back pain every day...what food should I have to gain strength in my back.

A. Low impact exercises like walking, yoga, or stretching exercises are safe as long as you don't overdo it. You can gradually work your way up to exercises to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. Practice good posture by sitting and standing straight up, and pay attention to your body position when breastfeeding.
