Hi I am 37 week pregnant . I am feeling light back pain? Is that normal??

it might be false labour , kindly keep in contact with your gynecologist.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
