Hi, I am 31 weeks pregnant. I have a sharp , pointed kind of muscular pain in my left upper stomach just beside chest. It is getting worse when I lye down for 2 hours. Is it normal

A. can be gall stone.. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
