Hi , I am 23 weeks pregnant. can we sit on the floor while having the food ? And when should I start counting my baby kicks ?

Sitting on the floor if it is comfortable for you you can go ahead with that there is no restriction or not sitting on the floor if you are fine to sit on the floor you can but usually we suggest you to put a low seated chair or any of those things that’s much better rather than sitting on the floor
