U Can always use a tongue cleaner to clean the tongue of the child at silicon-based easily available in the medical store and it is more like a brush only so you can clean the tongue of the child every time when you give a bath to the child and if your child is getting its teeth then you can use fluoride free toothpaste and toothbrush as well
