So it's better to get the solution likewjgise .

You do not have to do it with a finger what you have to do is you can buy a silicon tongue cleaner from the market that is easily available at a medical store and that is what you should be using to clean the tongue of the child when you giving a bath to the childWrite Your Answer Here
