hi gud afternoon mam iam a mother of 3 months baby as i underwent a outlet forceps delivery and iam on breastfeeding from when can i start exercising ? and what are the exercises for reducing belly fat and thighs ?

A. Hello ma’am For initial six months if you are exclusively breastfeeding the baby then you should wait for your body to be because if you start working out and going to start doing a diet and it is affecting going to affect your feet so as of now wait once you complete six months of age after that you can go for any kind of exercise and dieting as per your choice
