hi good morning Dr. I want loss my weight after baby I'm 75kg

A. Good Morning dear mum, for healthy weight loss, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods, junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
