hi good morning doctor. my 2 1/2 nd of month old.she can sleep full night without feed..she not wake up in middle of night for feed..she can sleep 7 to 8 hours without feed...why she sleeping this much? why she not take feed at night?

A. hi dear Mum feeding pattern and frequency varies from baby to baby many babies begin to sleep through the night feed baby on demand whenever baby wants and how much baby wants you may feed when changing diaper at night if baby demand baby passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
