hi good afternoon.. my baby is 13months old and haven't got a single tooth.. I'm worried. is this okay or is this a cause of concern.. plz help

A. no need to worry sometimes it will take 2 years for getting teeth The process of eruption of teeth in the baby can start anytime from 6 months to 1 year this is totally if physiological process they will not have any problem like vomiting loose motions this is only coincidental no need of any medicines

A. The teething Can happen up till the age of 17 months so as of now I don’t think so you need to worry about it still if you have any kind of stress or anything in your mind then you can always take a guidance from a paediatric dentist
