Q.

hi experts my baby is 11month old. his middle finger nail is about to get separated from the nail bed itself. also, from the last 3 days some liquid like substance is flowing out and his finger is also swollen. pls help what can I do...reason being? any remedyfor that. it's painful for him...not even able to wear him his clothes properly.

A. local infection you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment
