hi expert I am breastfeeding my 1yr 4 m old child and I am also pregnant of 4th month is it good to breastfeed a baby.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
