hi everyone My daughter is 2.10 years old and her weight is 18.50 I think it is too much. how to lose weight?

A. give a healthy home based diet consult pediatrician to rule out medical reason healthy food choices homemade give whole grains and whole pulses, avoid refined cereals, bread give low fat milk and Milk products avoid fruit juices give whole fruit avoid ghee on top of food give small frequent about 5 meals to the child and a healthy snack in between. set a positive example for your child dont buy, store unhealthy foods high sugar, salt , fried maida foods avoid eating out frequently limit tv and gadget time avoid eating in front of television
