Please give the child some diaper free time, this is very bad diaper rash you which can only occur either by improper hygiene or over use of diapers, u should immediately purchase AQUAPHOR BABY RASH OINTMENT, it’s best for diaper rash u will see the results in 2-3 days based on how severe it is. U can purchase on Amazon or flip kart. Pls invest in macintosh and leave you child on that with out diaper or anything, so the urine will not seap through it
