Hi everyone I am a mother of 4 days old kid, milk is not getting generating from the breast,pls suggest what needs to do, I ask by gynic she suggested me take lactocare tablets I am taking it but no result.daily 6 tablets

A. hi well, breastfeeding works on demand and supply so please offer plenty of feeds. the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. you can take fennel seeds water, jeera water or drumsticks soup for this. massage your breasts with coconut oil. stay stress free.
