Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

The Clear guidance and understanding can be provided by your gynaecologist on this only so you just must be heavy for you which is why it is it in bulk but for further understanding over this issue your gynaecologist will be able to give you correct guidance
