Hi Dr.'s Team pls help me about my son problem currently he is 1 month 27 days old. not doing potty from tomorrow today also till yet not do. doing fat properly. currently 2 medicine is going on..... 1. Xymex drops 2. Colicaid drops dr. suggest when he continues crying. 3. Depura kids drop ...till 6 months. pls mentions your suggestion for my boy.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. no need to use medicines in small babies. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
