#Hi Dr my daughter is just 36 days old initially she used to pass stools daily but now she doesn't pass for 2 - 3 days then we have to put in a suppository for her to pass stools and she passes a lot of gas with sound.Is it ok to put in suppository every 3 days ? AskTheExpert

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. do not worry this is normal There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
