Q.

Hi dr my daughter is 6 months 14 days from last 15 days she is suffering from cough .. dr have suggested levolin inhaler now . Previously he suggested levolin cough syrup.. still she is not getting relief. Please help what to do ..

A. yes nebulization and inhaler ok. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins

A. Maybe the congestion is really very bad which is why doctor advise you an inhaler you can go for water Dr is advising you because they always advise medicines on the basis of the diagnosis that makes you can absolutely follow it

My son is 3yrs old having cough from one month is on inhalation of budesonide n levolin, I want to no should we use this levolin inhaler only if he has severe cough or even for a normal cough should we use it. my doctor had prescribed 2puffs of budesonide inhaler for one month n 10puffs of levolin inhaler for 4days, since the cough was less i used only budesonide inhaler till now, n it's getting controlled but now suddenly my son is coughing little more should I use levolin inhaler also.
