hi dr. my baby is six month old should i start feeding cerelac if yes how many times per day and what about water

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom initially you can start with some liquids for the baby and then as they get used to it you can move to semi solids and mashed foods , start with one food at a time and gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals .
Prefer to give home cooked foods and avoid the ready to eat mixes
