hi dr,my baby is rejecting food from 3 days and vomit with smelly gas ...what should I do?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom that clearly indicates that the baby has tummy issue. So hence try to avoid force feeding the baby, give him as much he can take comfortably , also keep him more on liquids such as coconut water, fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups, butter milk and curds - these two especially are natural probiotics and good for digestion.
